The consolidated financial results for the quarter include the results of this subsidiary from its date of incorporation.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1196994246=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1196994246="">Equity Capital:</strong> The paid-up equity share capital stood at 720.96 million as of June 30, 2026.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1196994246=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1196994246="">Operating Efficiency:</strong> Standalone Profit Before Tax margin improved significantly on a YoY basis, although it remained relatively stable on a QoQ basis despite a 2.78% dip in net profit attributed to tax adjustments.</li></ul><p><strong>Pankajkumar Jagawat, Chairman & Managing Director, Shanti Gold International, said,</strong> “FY27 has started on a strong note, with healthy growth in both revenue and profitability, reflecting sustained demand for our products and continued execution of our growth strategy.</p><p>During the quarter, we delivered strong volume growth, supported by our continued focus on expanding our customer base and increasing wallet share among existing customers. Growth was further reinforced by the rollout of new designs and our outreach to new customers and markets, supporting broader market penetration and stronger business momentum.</p><p>We also made significant progress on the capacity front with the successful completion and commencement of operations at our new manufacturing facility in Marol, Andheri, Mumbai. With an incremental capacity of approximately 4,000 kg per annum, the facility significantly strengthens our manufacturing capabilities and provides us with greater capacity to service existing customers while pursuing new opportunities across organized jewellery retail in India and international markets.</p><p>The quarter also marked an important step towards strengthening our financial flexibility, with the Board approving a Rights Issue of up to Rs. 99.83 crore. The proceeds will further support the Company’s growth initiatives and strengthen its ability to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.</p><p>Overall, we remain encouraged by the strong start to FY27.
