The segment results (profit) for the quarter were Rs 8,232.44 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">Non-Agrochemicals:</strong> Revenue for this segment stood at Rs 15,890.99 lakh in Q1FY27, a growth of 14.67% YoY from Rs 13,857.61 lakh. The segment results (profit) were Rs 3,608.77 lakh.</li></ul></li><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">Geographical Performance (Agrochemicals):</strong><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">NAFTA:</strong> Recorded significant revenue growth of 33% YoY, reaching Rs 339 crore in Q1FY27.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">LATAM:</strong> Saw a YoY revenue growth of 52%, totaling Rs 72 crore in Q1FY27.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">Europe:</strong> Witnessed a temporary moderation with a YoY revenue decline of 11% to Rs 467 crore in Q1FY27, primarily due to heat waves and drought causing reduced re-stocking.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">Rest of World (RoW):</strong> Grew by 78% YoY to Rs 37 crore in Q1FY27.</li></ul></li><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">Product Wise Revenue (Consolidated):</strong> Herbicides contributed Rs 457 crore (+9% YoY), Insecticides contributed Rs 233 crore (+13% YoY), and Fungicides contributed Rs 225 crore (+2% YoY).</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">Registration Pipeline:</strong> The company's total product registrations reached 3,016 as of June 30, 2026, with an additional 1,027 applications currently in the pipeline at various stages.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">Financial Health:</strong> Sharda Cropchem remains debt-free, maintaining cash, bank balances, and liquid investments of Rs 767 crore as of June 30, 2026.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">Capital Expenditure:</strong> The total capex for the quarter Q1FY27 stood at Rs 263 crore.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c217454201=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c217454201="">Agrochemical Volume:</strong> Agrochemical volumes experienced a marginal de-growth of 0.60% in Q1FY27.</li></ul><p><strong>Ramprakash Bubna, Chairman and MD, said,</strong> “We delivered a strong start to FY27, with healthy improvements across our key operating metrics. During the quarter, revenue grew by 9% year-on-year to Rs 1,074 crore, while gross margins expanded by 120 basis points to 36.7%. EBITDA increased 25% to Rs 178 crore, with EBITDA margin improving 220 basis points to 16.6%. This was mainly due to improved product mix – several of high value agrochemical molecules grew stronger with NAFTA and LATAM delivering robust growth and improved profitability</p><p>Europe, our largest and historically highest-margin market, witnessed a temporary moderation during the quarter following an exceptionally strong FY26. This was mainly due to reduced re-stocking by distributors due to the heat wave across Europe even surfaced drought situation in the central eastern part of Europe. Despite the same, Agrochemical margins in Europe improved. We remain confident of a recovery in European volumes over the coming quarters, backed by our extensive registration portfolio and long-standing customer relationships.</p><p>We continue to maintain our FY27 revenue growth guidance of 10–15% and remain focused on strengthening our long-term growth platform through sustained investments in our registration pipeline.
