Revised outcome Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the Outcome of the Board Meeting submitted by the Company on 04 August 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the name of the appointee was mentioned as "Mr. Hemendraa Patell" instead of "Mr. Hemendra Patel". Accordingly, we are enclosing herewith the Revised Outcome of the Board Meeting incorporating the aforesaid correction. There is no change in the decision of the Board or any other information/disclosure submitted earlier. The revision is limited only to the correction of the name of the appointee. We regret the inadvertent error and request you to kindly take the revised disclosure on record.
