In continuation to our submission of the voting results and Scrutinizer's Report for the 46th AGM held on 31st July, 2026, we hereby update the Stock Exchange on the below matter as approved by the shareholders at the AGM: Declaration of Dividend of Rs. 1.00 (10%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- for the financial year 2025-26. The proposed date of payment of Final Dividend to the Shareholders is 28th August 2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed voting results (remote e-voting and e-voting at the Annual General Meeting) and Scrutinizer's Report on the resolutions passed by the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held on Friday, 31st day of July, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. IST through Video Conference ('VC') or Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). All the Resolutions were passed with requisite majority.
