We hereby inform you that as per Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their board meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, 4th August, 2026, has inter-alia, considered and approved the following items: 1. The Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The Financial Results have been subject to limited review by M/s. K.C. Mehta & Co., LLP Statutory Auditor of the Company. A copy of said Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by the Auditors is enclosed herewith. 2. The Related Party Transaction to be held with M/s. Metal Perforation Private Limited. The Transaction approved by Audit Committee and Board of Directors for the Lease of Land is to be done at arm's length Basis.

In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 22nd June, 2026 regarding Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been already closed from 01st July, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
