The unutilized amount of Rs 1,700.80 million is primarily intended for capital expenditure for the expansion of existing manufacturing units.</li></ul><p><strong>Pragnyat Lalwani, Managing Director, Seshaasai Technologies, said:</strong> “We are pleased to report a strong start to FY27, driven by healthy demand across our key business verticals and continued execution of our strategic priorities. Revenue from operations increased by 21.1% on YoY basis to Rs 3,764.7 million, supported by sustained demand momentum across our businesses.</p><p>While higher raw material costs weighed on gross margins during the quarter, disciplined cost management and operating leverage helped offset much of the impact, resulting in EBITDA growth of 28.0% to Rs 944.1 million and a 135 bps expansion in EBITDA margin to 25.1%. Lower finance costs following debt reduction further strengthened profitability, leading to a 48.8% increase in Profit Before Tax.
