Heavy Electrical Equipment company Yash Highvoltage announced H2FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income for FY26 stood at Rs 24,096.36 lakh, representing a YoY growth of 58.99% compared to Rs 15,155.55 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations for FY26 was Rs 23,516.08 lakh, an increase of 57.22% YoY from Rs 14,957.38 lakh in FY25. Profit for the period (Net Profit) for FY26 reached Rs 3,732.32 lakh, registering a YoY increase of 74.02% against Rs 2,144.71 lakh in FY25. Profit before tax (after exceptional items) for FY26 was Rs 5,007.26 lakh, marking a 77.49% YoY growth from Rs 2,821.16 lakh in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income for FY26 was Rs 3,734.66 lakh, compared to Rs 2,131.96 lakh in FY25, reflecting a 75.17% YoY increase. H2FY26, Revenue from Operations was Rs 13,557.03 lakh, showing a growth of 36.13% HoH from Rs 9,959.05 lakh in H1FY26. Net Profit for H2FY26 stood at Rs 2,363.84 lakh, an increase of 72.75% compared to Rs 1,368.47 lakh in H1FY26. Basic Earnings Per Share (after exceptional items) for FY26 increased to Rs 13.08 from Rs 8.94 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income for FY26 was Rs 24,096.27 lakh, showing a YoY growth of 58.99% from Rs 15,155.54 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations for FY26 stood at Rs 23,516.08 lakh, up 57.22% YoY from Rs 14,957.38 lakh in FY25. Profit for the period (Net Profit) for FY26 reached Rs 3,734.01 lakh, a growth of 74.08% YoY compared to Rs 2,145.04 lakh in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income for FY26 was Rs 3,736.25 lakh, registering a growth of 75.23% YoY from Rs 2,132.29 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations for H2FY26 was Rs 13,557.03 lakh, registering a 36.13% HoH increase from Rs 9,959.05 lakh in H1FY26. Net Profit for H2FY26 stood at Rs 2,371.63 lakh, representing a 74.11% HoH growth from Rs 1,362.38 lakh in H1FY26. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: The Group is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing high-end transformer bushings, which constitutes a single reportable segment under Ind AS 108. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.40 (20%) per equity share of face value Rs 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Exceptional Item: The company recognized an exceptional loss of Rs 210.10 lakh (Rs 2.10 crore) due to a cyber fraud incident involving impersonation to change vendor bank account details. This resulted in Rs 1.36 crore relating to materials received and Rs 73.90 lakh towards non-receipt of goods. Fund Raising: The company approved raising funds up to Rs 150 crore through permissible modes for long-term growth, strategic acquisitions, and working capital requirements. IPO Proceeds Utilization: Out of total proceeds of Rs 9,351.30 lakh, the company utilized Rs 7,919.71 lakh as of March 31, 2026. This included Rs 6,292.83 lakh for setting up a new factory and Rs 785.71 lakh for general corporate purposes. ESOP Allotment: The company allotted 58,800 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each following the exercise of vested options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025. Ind AS Transition: During FY26, the company transitioned from IGAAP to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), with the date of transition being April 1, 2024. Management Appointment: Ms. Bhoomi Talati was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) of the company effective June 1, 2026. Labour Codes: The company evaluated the incremental liability for the new Labour Codes and recognized a provision of Rs 13.31 lakh towards gratuity and Rs 1.92 lakh towards compensated absences. During the year, we also made significant strategic progress with the greenfield expansion entering its final phase of execution, strengthening our RIP/RIS capabilities and localization initiatives. In addition, the acquisition of Sukrut Electric, operationalization of Yash HV USA Inc., and expansion of our international distribution network further strengthened our long-term growth platform. Structural tailwinds in power infrastructure remain strong both in India and globally.
