Management operates the company as a single business segment, and as per Ind AS 108, there are no separate reportable segments.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1466312349=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1466312349="">Fair Value Performance:</strong> A major contributor to the strong performance in Q1FY27 was the net gain on fair value changes, which reached Rs 7,333.21 lakh on a consolidated basis, compared to Rs 3,019.45 lakh in Q1FY26 and a loss of Rs 1,895.81 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1466312349=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1466312349="">Bifurcation of Consolidated Income:</strong> During Q1FY27, income from investments and trading in shares/securities (including gains through OCI) reached Rs 10,018.12 lakh, while income from lending activities contributed Rs 216.25 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1466312349=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1466312349="">Annual General Meeting and Board Decisions:</strong> The Board has scheduled the 43rd Annual General Meeting for September 24, 2026.
