Non-Electrical company Ion Exchange (India) announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: In Q4FY26, the consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 86,327 lakh, registering a growth of 17.54% QoQ compared to Rs 73,444 lakh in Q3FY26, and an increase of 3.44% YoY against Rs 83,456 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue from operations was Rs 2,91,484 lakh, up by 6.49% YoY from Rs 2,73,711 lakh in FY25. Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 90,632 lakh, growing by 21.50% QoQ (from Rs 74,596 lakh in Q3FY26) and 6.70% YoY (from Rs 84,940 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, total income stood at Rs 3,00,141 lakh, an increase of 7.74% YoY from Rs 2,78,572 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT in Q4FY26 reached Rs 3,248 lakh, marking a rise of 13.25% QoQ (vs Rs 2,868 lakh in Q3FY26) but a decline of 61.85% YoY (vs Rs 8,514 lakh in Q4FY25). Annual PBT for FY26 was reported at Rs 19,494 lakh, decreasing by 31.72% YoY compared to Rs 28,548 lakh in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): The PAT for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 2,429 lakh, showcasing a growth of 18.14% QoQ (from Rs 2,056 lakh in Q3FY26) and a decline of 61.59% YoY (from Rs 6,324 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, PAT was Rs 14,321 lakh, representing a 31.23% YoY decrease against Rs 20,825 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue from operations in Q4FY26 was Rs 81,391 lakh, recording a QoQ increase of 21.67% from Rs 66,893 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 3.67% from Rs 78,511 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue reached Rs 2,67,891 lakh, a YoY growth of 5.47% compared to Rs 2,54,006 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Q4FY26 total income stood at Rs 85,861 lakh, up 25.68% QoQ (vs Rs 68,318 lakh in Q3FY26) and 7.29% YoY (vs Rs 80,026 lakh in Q4FY25). Annual total income for FY26 was Rs 2,77,386 lakh, an increase of 7.05% YoY from Rs 2,59,121 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Standalone PBT for Q4FY26 was Rs 2,733 lakh, declining by 14.94% QoQ (from Rs 3,213 lakh in Q3FY26) and 67.94% YoY (from Rs 8,524 lakh in Q4FY25). Annual PBT for FY26 stood at Rs 18,662 lakh, dropping 35.21% YoY from Rs 28,802 lakh in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,957 lakh, seeing a decrease of 18.66% QoQ (from Rs 2,406 lakh in Q3FY26) and 69.69% YoY (from Rs 6,458 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, PAT stood at Rs 13,838 lakh, down 35.48% YoY compared to Rs 21,448 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights & Segment-wise Performance: Engineering Segment: Consolidated revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 55,387 lakh (up 28.88% QoQ and relatively flat YoY at -0.26%). For FY26, the segment posted a revenue of Rs 1,75,776 lakh, up 3.17% YoY. Chemicals Segment: Consolidated revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 22,971 lakh (down 0.43% QoQ and up 3.10% YoY). The segment recorded a revenue of Rs 86,772 lakh for FY26, reflecting a 6.03% YoY increase. Consumer Products Segment: Consolidated revenue for Q4FY26 reached Rs 10,473 lakh (up 6.13% QoQ and 34.51% YoY). For FY26, the segment's revenue was Rs 37,942 lakh, recording a solid 30.77% YoY growth. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Rs 1.25/- (125%) per equity share of face value Re 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders is set for August 31, 2026. Exceptional Item (Labour Codes Impact): Following the Government of India's notification of four new Labour Codes in November 2025, the company recorded an exceptional item reflecting an increase in gratuity and leave liability due to a uniform definition of wages.
