For the full year FY26, it reached Rs 47,657 lakh, an increase of 30.69% compared to Rs 36,466 lakh in FY25. Total Income: For Q4FY26, it was Rs 18,036 lakh, up by 66.05% QoQ from Rs 10,862 lakh and up 60.63% YoY from Rs 11,228 lakh. Annual total income for FY26 stood at Rs 49,255 lakh, a growth of 32.20% YoY from Rs 37,258 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): For Q4FY26, it stood at Rs 4,844 lakh, an increase of 108.79% QoQ from Rs 2,320 lakh and an increase of 81.36% YoY from Rs 2,671 lakh. For the full year FY26, it reached Rs 11,767 lakh, up 40.74% YoY compared to Rs 8,361 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: For Q4FY26, the profit for the period was Rs 3,888 lakh, marking a growth of 130.74% QoQ from Rs 1,685 lakh and up 86.65% YoY from Rs 2,083 lakh. For the full year FY26, net profit reached Rs 8,946 lakh, representing a 45.49% growth YoY from Rs 6,149 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): The basic and diluted EPS (restated for share split) for Q4FY26 was Rs 4.27. For the full year FY26, the EPS was Rs 10.93 compared to Rs 8.01 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, it was Rs 12,558 lakh, a growth of 24.55% QoQ from Rs 10,083 lakh and 39.29% YoY from Rs 9,016 lakh. For the full year FY26, it reached Rs 41,654 lakh, up 24.77% YoY from Rs 33,385 lakh in FY25. Total Income: For Q4FY26, total income stood at Rs 13,527 lakh, showing an increase of 30.28% QoQ and 41.91% YoY. Annual total income for FY26 was Rs 43,468 lakh compared to Rs 34,571 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: For Q4FY26, profit stood at Rs 2,596 lakh, representing a growth of 32.92% QoQ and 52.53% YoY. For the full year FY26, net profit reached Rs 8,318 lakh, an increase of 27.85% over Rs 6,506 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Optics and Optronic Systems: Segment revenue for the year stood at Rs 19,910 lakh with segment results (profit) of Rs 8,813 lakh. Defence Engineering: Segment revenue for the year was Rs 27,747 lakh with segment results (profit) of Rs 5,671 lakh. Dividend: The Board recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 1/- per equity share of face value Rs 5/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26. Share Subdivision (Split): During the year, the company completed the subdivision of its equity shares from a face value of Rs 10 per share into two shares of face value Rs 5 each. Divestment: On March 30, 2026, the company divested its 58.02% equity stake in subsidiary Ayatti Innovative Private Limited, which has now ceased to be a subsidiary. Impairment Loss: The Group recognized an impairment loss of Rs 91,470 lakh on investment in its associate company, Moonshine Technology Private Limited, following the prohibition of online money games under the Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025.
