The company is also implementing a project at its Sirohi Cement Plant to enhance its Thermal Substitution Rate (TSR) from 4% to 16% in a phased manner.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">CAPEX Developments:<ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">The company is installing a Railway Siding at its Durg Cement Plant at a cost of Rs 325 crore, funded through a debt of Rs 225 crore and the remainder through internal accruals.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Capacity expansion is underway at Durg with a new clinkerization line of 2.30 Million Tonnes Per Annum and three grinding units with a total cement capacity of 4.6 Million Tonnes Per Annum. This project is estimated to cost Rs 3,000 crore and is expected to be completed by March 2028.</li></ul></li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Exceptional Items and Legal Matters: During Q1FY27, the company filed a petition in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi seeking recovery of Rs 130 crore paid as claims recoverable in relation to the Agrani Cement Private Limited MDO contract cancellation.
