<h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Holding company Kama Holdings announced Q1FY27 results</strong></span></h3><p _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Consolidated Financial Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Revenue from operations for Q1FY27 reached Rs 5,07,087.53 lakh, representing a 31.48% YoY increase compared to Rs 3,85,672.44 lakh in Q1FY26 and an 8.87% QoQ increase from Rs 4,65,755.65 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Income for the quarter stood at Rs 5,08,654.20 lakh, up 31.52% YoY from Rs 3,86,760.91 lakh in Q1FY26 and up 9.09% QoQ from Rs 4,66,240.93 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Profit before tax (PBT) reached Rs 98,310.25 lakh in Q1FY27, marking a growth of 68.45% YoY compared to Rs 58,361.74 lakh in Q1FY26 and a 29.27% QoQ increase from Rs 76,051.19 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Profit for the period (Net Profit) was reported at Rs 76,149.56 lakh for Q1FY27, a significant increase of 74.54% YoY from Rs 43,629.51 lakh in Q1FY26 and a 30.39% QoQ growth from Rs 58,402.23 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Comprehensive Income for the period stood at Rs 96,799.08 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 52,696.99 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 41,405.32 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 119.56, up from Rs 68.89 in Q1FY26 and Rs 91.69 in Q4FY26.</li></ul><p><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Standalone Financial Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Revenue from operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 0.20 lakh, compared to Rs 0.18 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 7,572.64 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Income for the quarter stood at Rs 0.20 lakh, compared to Rs 0.18 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 7,580.22 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">The company reported a Loss before tax of Rs 50.41 lakh for Q1FY27, compared to a loss of Rs 38.94 lakh in Q1FY26 and a profit of Rs 7,382.83 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Net Loss for the period was Rs 49.49 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to a net loss of Rs 38.18 lakh in Q1FY26 and a net profit of Rs 7,353.62 lakh in Q4FY26.</li></ul><p><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Business Highlights and Segment Performance:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Chemicals Business (CB):</strong> This segment remained the largest contributor with a revenue of Rs 2,31,487.08 lakh in Q1FY27, growing 25.88% YoY from Rs 1,83,894.59 lakh in Q1FY26. Segment profit reached Rs 63,840.83 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Performance Films & Foil Business (PFB):</strong> Revenue for this segment stood at Rs 2,01,668.58 lakh in Q1FY27, showing a robust growth of 42.20% YoY from Rs 1,41,820.44 lakh in Q1FY26. Segment profit was reported at Rs 34,973.41 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Technical Textiles Business (TTB):</strong> Revenue reached Rs 59,684.42 lakh in Q1FY27, up 27.93% YoY from Rs 46,655.07 lakh in Q1FY26. Segment profit stood at Rs 10,780.24 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Others:</strong> Other business segments contributed Rs 14,249.04 lakh to the total revenue in Q1FY27, with a segment profit of Rs 2,406.57 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">The group's total segment assets as of June 30, 2026, stood at Rs 25,30,346.85 lakh, with the Chemicals Business accounting for the largest portion at Rs 12,47,180.21 lakh.</li></ul><p><a class="lb" href="/marathi/get-document/post/pdf/5791195/" target="_blank">Result PDF</a></p>

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has declared interim dividend @ 222.50% i.e. Rs. 22.25 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company. Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Thursday, the 20th August 2026. The date of payment of interim equity dividend will be on or before Thursday, the 10th September, 2026.
