<h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>एरोस्पेस आणि डिफेन्स कंपनी झेन टेक्नॉलॉजीजने Q1FY27 परिणाम घोषित केले</strong></span></h3><p _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">एकत्रित फायनान्शियल हायलाईट्स:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Total Income:</strong> Consolidated total income for Q1FY27 was Rs 16,079.48 lakh, declining by 19.91% QoQ from Rs 20,077.71 lakh in Q4FY26 and 10.67% YoY from Rs 18,000.91 lakh in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Revenue from Operations:</strong> Revenue from operations reached Rs 14,163.84 lakh in Q1FY27, down 20.46% QoQ from Rs 17,807.56 lakh in Q4FY26 and down 10.48% YoY from Rs 15,821.87 lakh in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Net Profit:</strong> Consolidated net profit for the period was Rs 3,184.94 lakh in Q1FY27, a decrease of 32.58% QoQ from Rs 4,723.86 lakh in Q4FY26 and a decrease of 40% YoY compared to Rs 5,307.49 lakh in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Profit Before Tax:</strong> Profit before tax stood at Rs 4,525.75 lakh in Q1FY27, which includes an exceptional loss of Rs 337.15 lakh. This compares to Rs 6,440.82 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 7,621.15 lakh in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Earnings Per Share (EPS):</strong> Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter was Rs 3.83 in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 3.51 in Q4FY26 and Rs 5.31 in Q1FY26.</li></ul><p _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">स्टँडअलोन फायनान्शियल हायलाईट्स:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Total Income:</strong> Standalone total income was Rs 12,047.52 lakh in Q1FY27, increasing 31.16% QoQ from Rs 9,185.15 lakh in Q4FY26, but down 8.00% YoY from Rs 13,094.70 lakh in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Revenue from Operations:</strong> Standalone revenue for Q1FY27 was Rs 10,295.74 lakh, representing a growth of 43.20% QoQ from Rs 7,190.09 lakh in Q4FY26 and a decline of 7.29% YoY from Rs 11,105.79 lakh in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Net Profit:</strong> Net profit for the period was Rs 2,921.23 lakh in Q1FY27, showing a significant QoQ growth of 98.07% from Rs 1,474.84 lakh in Q4FY26 and a 21.30% YoY decline from Rs 3,711.89 lakh in Q1FY26.</li></ul><p _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">बिझनेस हायलाईट्स:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Order Book:</strong> The value of orders on hand for the Group as of June 30, 2026, was Rs 1,239.02 crore. At the standalone company level, the order-on-hand value was Rs 1,138.76 crore.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Exceptional Item:</strong> The Group recognized a loss of Rs 3.37 crore as an exceptional item in the consolidated results. This was due to a fire incident on April 25, 2026, which damaged certain inventory of Unistring Tech Solutions Private Limited, a subsidiary company.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">QIP Proceeds Timeline:</strong> The Board approved an extension for the utilization of unutilized Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) proceeds (earmarked for working capital, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives) by 24 months, moving the deadline from August 23, 2026, to August 22, 2028. There is no change in the objects of the issue.</li></ul><p><strong>Management commentary:</strong> Q1FY27 revenue is consistent with our expectations and reflects the early stage of our current order book's execution cycle, with expected revenue weighted towards Q2FY27 and Q3FY27. The order book improved substantially and was largely secured starting from October 2025. The typical execution cycle of these orders is around twelve months. Further orders received till Q2FY27 are expected to be partially executed by Q4FY27.</p><p>We entered FY27 with clear visibility on execution. We closed the quarter with a consolidated order book of Rs 1,239.02 crore as at 30 June 2026 and subsequently received a further simulator order of Rs 177.50 crore in July 2026 for the upgradation and integration of Tank and Crew Gunnery Simulators. Taken together, this represents a strong and executable order book, the majority of which is scheduled for conversion into revenue from Q2FY27 onward. We remain on track with our delivery schedules.</p><p>The quarter also advanced our capabilities as a leader in anti-drone systems and defence training solutions. We introduced new products during the quarter, including an AI-powered anti-drone system, the Hyperstrike interceptor drone, the Zen Vrishab unmanned ground vehicle and the Integrated Smart Border Suite. These new products complement our established position in the anti-drone and training markets.</p><p>As we have communicated earlier, our ambition is to provide training solutions across all three services — the Army, the Navy and the Air Force. We are today the leader in the Army and Navy domains, and have successfully completed the R&D for our first product offering to the Air Force. Negotiations with OEMs are at an advanced stage, and we are positive that we would be able to formalise partnerships with the OEMs during the course of the year, marking our entry into the air simulator domain.</p><p>The procurement environment continues to be positive, with the Government's sustained prioritisation of counter-drone systems, layered air defence and unmanned platforms evidenced by the Defence Acquisition Council (DAC) clearances over the past few months. The procurement prioritisation of the sectors in which Zen operates, together with the continued emphasis on Buy Indian-IDDM, reinforces the relevance of our portfolio.
