Industrial Machinery company 3M India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Financial Highlights: Sales & Other Operating Income: Rs 1,399 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 1,228 crore in Q3FY26 (increase of 13.9%). Q4FY26: Rs 1,399 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 1,198 crore in Q4FY25 (increase of 16.8%). EBITDA: Rs 269 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 240 crore in Q3FY26 (increase of 12.2%). PBT: Rs 289 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 115 crore in Q3FY26 (increase of 152.2%). PAT: Rs 215 crore in Q4FY26 compared to a loss of Rs (62) crore in Q3FY26 (increase of 447.0%). Q4FY26: Rs 215 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 71 crore in Q4FY25 (increase of 201.7%). FY26 Financial Highlights: Sales & Other Operating Income: Rs 5,090 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 4,446 crore in FY25 (increase of 14.5%). PAT: Rs 522 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 476 crore in FY25 (increase of 9.7%). Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board recommended a total dividend of Rs 506 per equity share (face value Rs 10/-), comprising a Final Dividend of Rs 160 and a Special Dividend of Rs 346 per share, for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting in August 2026. Board Changes: Ms. Radhika Rajan will cease to be an Independent Director effective May 26, 2026, upon completion of her term. Ms. Kavita Nair has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent) effective May 27, 2026. Mr. Dwarakanath Ranganath Mavinakere (M D Ranganath) has been appointed as the "Chairman of the Board" effective May 27, 2026. Auditors: M/s. B S R & Co. Aseem Joshi, Managing Director, 3M India, said: “the Company delivered 16.8% sales growth in the fourth quarter and 14.5% sales growth for the full year, both versus prior period. For the quarter, Healthcare grew 21.3%, Safety & Industrial grew 19.5%, Consumer grew 15.7%, Transportation & Electronics grew 12.6% versus prior year. For the FY26, all business segments grew double digits with Health Care business leading the Company’s growth. Our teams continued to execute well, with focus on customers and supply partners.
