Segment results (profit before tax and interest) stood at Rs 150.31 crore in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 151.44 crore in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Investment Property Segment: This segment reported revenue of Rs 5.43 crore in Q1FY27. The segment result increased to Rs 8.52 crore in Q1FY27 from Rs 4.13 crore in Q1FY26, primarily driven by a gain on the sale of investment property.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">One-off Gains: During Q1FY27, the Company recognized a gain on the sale of investment property amounting to Rs 4.36 crore, which is included in Other Income.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Strategic Leadership Appointment: The Board of Directors recommended the appointment of Mr. Shashvat Somany as a Director and further as the Joint Managing Director of the Company for a term of five consecutive years with effect from October 1, 2026.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Segment Assets and Liabilities:<ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Total Segment Assets as of June 30, 2026, were Rs 3,748.79 crore, with Packaging Products accounting for Rs 3,244.64 crore.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Total Segment Liabilities as of June 30, 2026, stood at Rs 1,242.15 કરોડ.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Sandip Somany, Chairman & Managing Director, AGI Greenpac, said:</strong> "Our Q1FY27 performance reflects the inherent strength of our core business, driven by an improved product mix, enhanced operational efficiencies, and sustained demand across our alcobev, food & beverage, and specialty glass categories.
