The Board has also approved Audited Financial Results for the Qtr. and Year ended 31st March, 2026 and considered the Auditor's Report dt.22.05.2026 issued by M/s. K.Gopal Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants, Chennai and Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board has also re-appointed Mr.A.Vijaya Sujanakar, VGN Dynasty, Flat No.E-216, Melpakkam, Chennai - 600077, a person with extensive experience in Accounting, Taxation and Internal Audit matters, the existing Internal Auditors of the Company and who has expressed his willingness to continue as such as Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27.
