Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations"), this is to inform that Mr. Wolfgang Rudolf Schilha (DIN: 00374415) has ceased to be the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on 03 August, 2026, consequent to the end of two consecutive terms of 5 (Five) years each. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company have placed on records their appreciation for valuable contributions and guidance provided by Mr. Wolfgang Rudolf Schilha. The requisite details in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed.
