Iron & Steel Products company Cosmic CRF announced H2FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The company recorded revenue of Rs 17,267.84 lakh for H2FY26 which is an increase of 7.11% compared to H1FY26 (Rs 16,121.91 lakh) and an increase of 20.76% compared to H2FY25 (Rs 14,299.61 lakh). Annual Revenue: For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 33,389.75 lakh, an increase of 10.70% compared to the previous year (Rs 30,163.70 lakh). Profit for the Period (PAT): PAT for H2FY26 was Rs 1,096.95 lakh. This represents a decline of 28.40% compared to H1FY26 (Rs 1,532.13 lakh) and a growth of 75.70% compared to H2FY25 (Rs 624.32 lakh). Annual Profit: Profit for H2FY26 was Rs 2,629.08 lakh, reflecting a growth of 43.42% compared to Rs 1,833.10 lakh in the previous financial year. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Consolidated revenue for H2FY26 was Rs 41,214.91 lakh, registering a growth of 35.51% over H1FY26 (Rs 30,415.12 lakh) and 77.46% over H2FY25 (Rs 23,224.93 lakh). Annual Revenue: Annual consolidated revenue for FY26 stood at Rs 71,660.03 lakh, a substantial increase of 78.42% over the previous year's revenue of Rs 40,163.23 lakh. Profit for the Period (PAT): PAT for H2FY26 was Rs 2,606.12 lakh, an increase of 6.36% compared to H1FY26 (Rs 2,450.20 lakh) and a significant growth of 127.61% compared to H2FY25 (Rs 1,145.00 lakh). Annual Profit: Annual consolidated profit for FY26 was Rs 5,056.32 lakh, marking a growth of 74.19% compared to the previous year's profit of Rs 2,902.63 lakh. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company and its subsidiaries operate in a single business segment, hence no separate segment reporting is required. Acquisition Update: The company submitted a Resolution Plan under CIRP for the acquisition of M/s Amzen Transportation Industries Pvt Ltd in June 2024. On 14th May 2026, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India pronounced the verdict in favour of the company, declaring it eligible to participate in the CIRP of the corporate debtor. Labour Codes: Pursuant to the Government of India notifying the Labour Codes effective from November 21, 2025, the company has revised the compensation structure of its employees with effect from April 1, 2026. Share Warrants: During FY25, the company issued 3,15,000 convertible share warrants at an issue price of Rs 1,614 per warrant. As of March 31, 2026, 18,600 convertible share warrants have been converted to equity shares upon the receipt of the balance 75% of the consideration. Subsidiaries: Consolidated financial results include the financial results of the company's two subsidiaries, M/s N.S.
