we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 08th October, 2026, has inter-alia considered and approved the following matters: 1. Appointment of Statutory Auditors M/s. Vijay Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants (ICAI FRN. 111418W) was appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. The detailed disclosures is enclosed as Annexure I 2. Appointment of Independent Director of the Company Mrs. Vijyatta Jaiswal, (DIN: 07131327) was appointed as an Additional Director designated as Independent Director w.e.f. 01st November, 2026, for period of 5 (Five) years i.e. from 01st November, 2026 to 31st October, 2031 (both days inclusive), subject to the prior approval(s) of the Stock Exchanges and subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
