In continuation to intimation filed by the company on September 12, 2025 informing of the development in relation to the ongoing Litigation wherein an Award was passed by the Industrial Tribunal and Writ Pitition no. WP/358/2021 filed by the Company before the Hon''ble High Court of Bombay at Goa. Simultaneously the said matter was also pending before the office of The Labour Commissioner for execution of the Award and in this regard the Labour Commissioner vide Order dated September 04, 2025 passed an Order for recovery of Rs. 8,82,00,856/- from the Company. We would further like to informe you that in respect of the said Order passed by the Labour Commissioner , the Company has now received the ''Notice of Demand'' from the Office of the Mamlatdar of the Bardez Taluka Mapusa- Goa on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 5:00 P.M for recovery of said dues within a period of 10 days. Kindly take the information on record.
