<h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Investment Companies company Maharashtra Scooters announced Q1FY27 results</strong></span></h3><p _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Standalone Financial Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Total Revenue from Operations for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 541 lakh, reflecting a YoY decrease of 81.52% from Rs 2,927 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 10.28% from Rs 603 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Total Income reached Rs 541 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 2,927 lakh in Q1FY26 (YoY down 81.52%) and Rs 651 lakh in Q4FY26 (QoQ down 16.90%).</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q1FY27 was Rs 455 lakh, marking a YoY decrease of 83.85% from Rs 2,818 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 16.67% from Rs 546 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Net Profit (Profit After Tax) for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 332 lakh, showing a YoY decline of 90.61% from Rs 3,536 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decline of 17.21% from Rs 401 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Total Comprehensive Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 4,89,285 lakh, registering a YoY growth of 184.16% from Rs 1,72,185 lakh in Q1FY26 and a substantial turnaround from a loss of Rs 5,41,978 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 2.91, compared to Rs 30.94 in Q1FY26 and Rs 3.51 in Q4FY26.</li></ul><p _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Business Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Strategic Shift to Renewable Energy:</strong> The Board has accorded its consent to pursue the generation and production of renewable energy through solar, wind, and other natural resources.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Amendment to MOA:</strong> It is proposed to delete existing scooter manufacturing related clauses from the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and update the investment-related clause to align with the core objective of being an Unregistered CIC.
