On a sequential basis, revenue decreased by 1.82% from Rs 37,045 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Total Income:</strong> Total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 36,759 lakh, an increase of 7.24% over Rs 34,277 lakh in Q1FY26. Compared to Q4FY26, total income saw a marginal decline of 1.83% from Rs 37,445 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Profit Before Tax (PBT):</strong> The company achieved a PBT of Rs 12,912 lakh in Q1FY27, a significant increase of 45.39% from Rs 8,881 lakh in Q1FY26. Sequentially, PBT declined by 3.07% from Rs 13,321 lakh in Q4FY26. The Q1FY27 PBT includes an exceptional gain of Rs 3,180 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Net Profit for the Period:</strong> Net profit stood at Rs 9,615 lakh in Q1FY27, registering a growth of 45.29% compared to Rs 6,618 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, net profit grew by 1.64% from Rs 9,460 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Total Comprehensive Income:</strong> The total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 was Rs 9,646 lakh, up by 47.20% from Rs 6,553 lakh in Q1FY26 and up 5.23% from Rs 9,167 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Earnings Per Share (EPS):</strong> Basic and diluted EPS (after exceptional items) for Q1FY27 was Rs 57.92, compared to Rs 39.87 in Q1FY26 and Rs 56.99 in Q4FY26.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Highlights</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Segment Performance:</strong> The company operates in a single primary reportable segment, namely "Pharmaceuticals," as identified under Ind AS 108.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Exceptional Item:</strong> During Q1FY27, the company sold its office premises property in Worli for a total consideration of Rs 3,334 lakh. With the carrying amount of the property at Rs 154 lakh, the transaction resulted in an exceptional gain of Rs 3,180 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Audit Opinion:</strong> The statutory auditors, M/s Haribhakti & Co.
