On a QoQ basis, revenue decreased by 15.24% compared to Rs 8,445.587 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Income:</strong> Total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 7,358.036 million, an increase of 13.41% YoY from Rs 6,487.894 million in Q1FY26. Sequentially, it declined by 15.33% from Rs 8,690.248 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Profit Before Tax (PBT):</strong> PBT grew significantly by 119.05% YoY to Rs 210.483 million in Q1FY27 from Rs 96.090 million in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, PBT decreased by 10.56% from Rs 235.346 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Net Profit:</strong> Net Profit for the period was Rs 116.055 million in Q1FY27, up 117.35% YoY from Rs 53.396 million in Q1FY26. It saw a QoQ decrease of 22.16% from Rs 6,928.096 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Income:</strong> Total standalone income was Rs 5,684.633 million in Q1FY27, up 8.59% YoY from Rs 5,235.037 million in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Net Profit:</strong> Standalone profit for the period stood at Rs 254.444 million in Q1FY27, representing a YoY growth of 27.47% from Rs 199.606 million in Q1FY26. QoQ, it declined by 39.75% from Rs 422.335 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Earnings Per Share (EPS):</strong> Basic and diluted EPS for the standalone entity was Rs 1.38 in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 1.09 in Q1FY26.</li></ul><p><strong>બિઝનેસ હાઇલાઇટ્સ:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Segment Performance:</strong> The company operates primarily in one reportable segment, which is "Process and Project Engineering".</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Geographical Revenue (Consolidated):</strong><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Within India:</strong> Revenue grew by 41.03% YoY to Rs 5,386.090 million in Q1FY27 from Rs 3,819.097 million in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Outside India:</strong> Revenue declined by 31.39% YoY to Rs 1,772.121 million in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 2,582.922 million in Q1FY26.</li></ul></li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Other Income Inclusion:</strong> Other income for Q1FY27 includes Rs 88.974 million representing an insurance claim in respect of losses arising from a fire incident at the company's Urwade premises in March 2025. This claim was recognized as income during the current quarter upon receipt of final approval from the insurance company.</li></ul><p><strong>Ashish Gaikwad, MD, Praj Industries said,</strong> “While the external business environment remained uncertain, we have made a definite progress on few long-term growth vectors. Key developments this quarter include securing a Bio-IBA order for the country’s first commercial scale demo plant, signing a long-term framework agreement for precision fabrication and modularization solutions for hyperscale data centers, and receiving first order from a leading semiconductor player for ultra-pure water and ZLD solutions.
