Pharmaceuticals company RPG Life Sciences announced Q4FY26 results Q4FY26 Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 17,689 lakh in Q4FY26, up by 23.62% compared to Rs 14,309 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY) and down by 1.74% from Rs 18,003 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ). Profit before exceptional items and tax: Rs 3,910 lakh in Q4FY26, up by 56.40% compared to Rs 2,500 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY) and up by 4.16% from Rs 3,754 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ). Net Profit for the period: Rs 2,990 lakh in Q4FY26, a decrease of 74.52% compared to Rs 11,735 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY) and an increase of 35.11% from Rs 2,213 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ) Total Comprehensive Income: Rs 2,998 lakh in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 11,620 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY) and Rs 2,145 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ). FY26 Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 70,752 lakh in FY26, a growth of 8.28% compared to Rs 65,343 lakh in FY25. Profit before tax: Rs 15,420 lakh in FY26, down by 33.79% compared to Rs 23,288 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for the year: Rs 11,517 lakh in FY26, down by 37.15% compared to Rs 18,324 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 69.64 compared to Rs 110.80 in FY25. Business Highlights Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 24 per equity share (300%) of face value Rs 8 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Acquisitions/Mergers: On December 15, 2025, the Board approved the transfer of the API division to its wholly-owned subsidiary, RPG Active Pharma Limited. Exceptional Items (FY26): Insurance Claim: A net income of Rs 2,475 lakh was recognized for the year as an insurance settlement related to a fire incident at the Navi Mumbai plant. Labour Code Impact: An incremental impact on provisions for employee benefits of Rs 1,169 lakh was recognized due to changes in the wage definition under the New Labour Codes. Impairment: A write-off of Rs 916 lakh for an intangible asset under development was recorded as the Company does not expect future economic benefits to flow from it.
