The Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026; and 2. Limited Review Report thereon required under Regulation 33(3) of the listing Regulations. Further, as intimated earlier vide our letter dated June 20th, 2026, the trading window of the Company, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons framed by the Company, has been closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company.
