Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that Mr. Revati Raman Sharma, Chief Financial Officer has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Safecure Services Limited (hereinafter referred to as ("the Company"). Mr. Sharma has been relieved from his services as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on July 19, 2026. Additionally, under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)/2025-CFD_POD2/3762/2026 issued dated July 11, 2023 (last updated on January 30, 2026) are annexed herewith as Annexure-I.
