For H1CY26, the revenue was Rs 4,649 million compared to Rs 3,935 million in H1FY25, a growth of 18.14%.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Total Income reached Rs 2,420 million in Q2CY26, marking a YoY increase of 6.84% from Rs 2,265 million in Q2CY25 and a QoQ increase of 3.07% from Rs 2,348 million in Q1CY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q2CY26 was reported at Rs 919 million, showing a YoY growth of 16.48% from Rs 789 million in Q2CY25 and a QoQ growth of 1.32% from Rs 907 million in Q1CY26. For H1CY26, PBT stood at Rs 1,826 million, up 25.33% YoY.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Net Profit (Profit for the period) in Q2CY26 was Rs 688 million, representing a YoY growth of 13.34% compared to Rs 607 million in Q2CY25 and a QoQ increase of 1.47% from Rs 678 million in Q1CY26. Conversely, export sales declined by 9% YoY, attributed to a high base in the previous year.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Half-Year Performance:</strong> For H1CY26, domestic sales grew by 14% and export sales grew by 27% (on a low base).</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Product Portfolio:</strong> The Company’s portfolio encompasses Allergy, Digestive Wellness, Pain Care, and Multivitamins, with key brands including Allegra, DePURA, Avil, and Combiflam.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Impact of Product Relaunches:</strong> The results were influenced by the successful relaunch of Combiflam Suspension and Allegra Suspension in Q2CY25 and Depura Kids in Q3CY25, following a voluntary recall in 2024.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2348603712="">Demerger and Independence:</strong> Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Limited (SCHIL) emerged as a distinct legal entity following its demerger from Sanofi India Limited on June 1, 2024, and now operates independently in the Consumer Healthcare sector.</li></ul><p><strong>Himanshu Bakshi, Managing Director, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India, said:</strong> “Our performance this quarter reflects the disciplined execution on all fronts.
