Education company Shanti Educational Initiatives announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reported at Rs 2,451.43 lakh for Q4FY26, reflecting a significant QoQ increase of 302.81% (from Rs 608.58 lakh in Q3FY26) and a YoY increase of 22.99% (from Rs 1,993.14 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, total income stood at Rs 5,942.96 lakh, a YoY decrease of 5.93% compared to Rs 6,317.88 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: The company reported a net profit of Rs 98.37 lakh in Q4FY26, turning profitable compared to a net loss of Rs 61.40 lakh in Q3FY26 and a net loss of Rs 47.45 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, net profit was Rs 589.22 lakh, reflecting a YoY decline of 16.57% from Rs 706.22 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reported at Rs 788.07 lakh for Q4FY26, reflecting a QoQ increase of 182.69% (from Rs 278.77 lakh in Q3FY26) and a YoY increase of 22.82% (from Rs 641.67 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, total income was Rs 2,757.64 lakh, down by 7.50% YoY compared to Rs 2,981.13 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: The company posted a net profit of Rs 126.43 lakh for Q4FY26, turning profitable compared to a net loss of Rs 93.21 lakh in Q3FY26 and a net loss of Rs 48.28 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, net profit stood at Rs 553.17 lakh, a YoY decrease of 16.53% compared to Rs 662.71 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The operations of the Company fall under a single reportable segment, which is 'EDUCATION'. Letter of Comfort Issuance: The Board approved the issuance of a Letter of Comfort in favour of M/s. Uniformverse Private Limited (a subsidiary) to secure credit facilities from ICICI Bank Limited for an amount up to Rs 59.10 million. This affirms that the Company will not dilute beneficial ownership in the subsidiary without prior consent and assures to keep the bank indemnified against any non-fulfillment of obligations. New Subsidiary: Shanti Learning Initiatives Private Limited officially became a subsidiary of the Company with effect from January 12, 2026. Internal Auditor Appointment: The Board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Jhaveri Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor of the Company for FY27. Impact of New Labour Codes: The Government of India has consolidated 29 labour laws into four Labour Codes effective November 21, 2025.
