This is in reference to the notice of EGM dispatched on 25th May, 2026 and subsequent corrigendum dated 09th June, 2026. The EGM was held on 18th June, 2026 through VC/OAVM. The company has filed for In-Principle approval in relation to the proposed preferential issue of 30,04,55,030 Equity Shares and 971,76,757 Preference Shares. The Company has received certain observations / clarification from stock exchanges.
