<h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Miscellaneous Commercial Services company SIS announced Q1FY27 results</strong></span></h3><p _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Consolidated Financial Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 4,603.58 crore in Q1FY27, representing a growth of 29.7% YoY compared to Rs 3,548.49 crore in Q1FY26 and an increase of 2.5% QoQ from Rs 4,489.30 crore in Q4FY26.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">EBITDA: For Q1FY27 was Rs 207.1 crore, marking a 36.2% YoY increase from Rs 152.1 crore in Q1FY26 and remaining flat (0.0% change) QoQ compared to Rs 207.0 crore in Q4FY26.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Net Profit (PAT): Attributable to the owners of the company reached Rs 101.66 crore in Q1FY27, showing a 9.4% YoY increase from Rs 92.95 crore in Q1FY26, and a marginal 0.8% QoQ decrease from Rs 102.50 crore in Q4FY26.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">EBITDA Margin: Stood at 4.5% in Q1FY27, compared to 4.3% in Q1FY26 and 4.6% in Q4FY26.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Return Ratios: Consolidated Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) for Q1FY27 was 16.7% (up from 16.5% in FY26) and Return on Equity (ROE) was 15.8%.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS was Rs 7.19 for the quarter.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Cash Flow: Operating Cash Flow (OCF) for the quarter was Rs 87.7 crore, representing an OCF to EBITDA conversion of 42.3%.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Standalone Financial Highlights:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 1,468.10 crore in Q1FY27, reflecting a 13.88% YoY growth from Rs 1,289.17 crore in Q1FY26 and a 4.38% QoQ growth from Rs 1,406.50 crore in Q4FY26.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Profit Before Tax: For Q1FY27 was Rs 51.37 crore, representing a 46.67% YoY decrease from Rs 96.33 crore in Q1FY26 and a 16.41% QoQ increase from Rs 44.13 crore in Q4FY26.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Net Profit (PAT): For Q1FY27 stood at Rs 53.89 crore, a 40.90% YoY decrease from Rs 91.18 crore in Q1FY26 and a 17.02% QoQ decrease from Rs 64.94 crore in Q4FY26.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for the quarter was Rs 3.81.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Business Highlights</span></strong></p><ul><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Security Solutions – India: The segment achieved a new revenue milestone of Rs 2,004.1 crore in Q1FY27, growing 37.3% YoY and 4.1% QoQ. Segment EBITDA was Rs 102.5 crore, a 31.2% growth YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 5.1%. New order wins during the quarter amounted to approximately Rs 51 crore of monthly revenue.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Security Solutions – International: Reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 1,981.9 crore in Q1FY27, up 31.0% YoY (7.0% on a constant currency basis) and 1.7% QoQ. Segment EBITDA stood at Rs 69.6 crore, a growth of 52.4% YoY, with margins expanding to 3.5% from 3.0% in Q1FY26.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Facility Management Solutions: The segment recorded revenue of Rs 642.0 crore in Q1FY27, growing 8.0% YoY and 1.1% QoQ. It reported its highest-ever quarterly EBITDA of Rs 35.2 crore, representing a 23.7% YoY growth and an EBITDA margin of 5.5%.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Shareholder Returns: The Board approved a proposal for the buyback of fully paid-up equity shares from the open market at a price not exceeding Rs 478.50 per share, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 106.00 crore.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Labour Code Implementation: The company formally launched its Labour Code Implementation Project on April 1, 2026, migrating approximately 15,000 existing contracts to compliant rate structures.</span></li><li><span _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Net Debt: Total consolidated net debt as of June 30, 2026, w</span>as Rs 807 crore, with a Net Debt to EBITDA ratio of 1.05.</li></ul><p><strong>Rituraj Kishore Sinha, Group Managing Director, said,</strong> “With Labour Codes implementation and strong execution in Q1, FY27 is set to be an inflection year.
