As of FY26, the Parent Company recognized a cumulative impairment provision of Rs 2,040.75 lakh against the investment aggregate.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Equity Capital:</strong> During Q1FY27, the company issued and allotted 13,600 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each to the TDPSL Employee Welfare Trust.
