Specialty Chemicals company Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 12,267.90 lakh, registering a growth of 12.01% YoY compared to Rs 10,952.70 lakh in Q4FY25 and an increase of 29.89% QoQ from Rs 9,445.10 lakh in Q3FY26. Total Income for the quarter was Rs 12,307.82 lakh, as against Rs 11,009.60 lakh in Q4FY25 (up 11.79% YoY) and Rs 9,467.96 lakh in Q3FY26 (up 30.00% QoQ). Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q4FY26 reached Rs 1,794.37 lakh, showing a marginal increase of 1.18% YoY from Rs 1,773.43 lakh and a growth of 13.16% QoQ from Rs 1,585.75 lakh. Net Profit for the period for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,329.07 lakh, up 10.41% YoY from Rs 1,203.74 lakh and up 6.83% QoQ from Rs 1,244.06 lakh. For FY26, Revenue from operations stood at Rs 38,002.62 lakh, compared to Rs 38,230.30 lakh in FY25. Annual Standalone Net Profit for FY26 reached Rs 4,915.25 lakh, an increase of 12.81% over Rs 4,357.23 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q4FY26 (for continuing operations) was Rs 2.66, compared to Rs 2.40 in Q4FY25 and Rs 2.49 in Q3FY26. The annual EPS for FY26 reached Rs 9.84. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 12,267.90 lakh, showing a growth of 12.01% YoY from Rs 10,952.70 lakh in Q4FY25 and up 29.89% QoQ from Rs 9,445.10 lakh in Q3FY26. Net Profit for the period for Q4FY26 reached Rs 1,314.95 lakh, reflecting a growth of 10.54% YoY from Rs 1,189.56 lakh and a growth of 5.90% QoQ from Rs 1,241.70 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, Consolidated Revenue from operations was Rs 38,002.62 lakh, as against Rs 38,230.30 lakh in FY25. Annual Consolidated Net Profit for FY26 was Rs 4,895.72 lakh, marking a growth of 12.81% YoY compared to Rs 4,339.62 lakh in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income For FY26 stood at Rs 4,921.28 lakh, compared to Rs 4,334.11 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: The Company operates in a single business segment namely "manufacturing and trading of food colors and chemicals". As per the provisions of Ind AS 108, no separate segment disclosure is required as the management evaluates the Company's performance as a whole. Audit Opinion: Statutory Auditors, Bhuta Shah & Co LLP, have issued Audit Reports with an unmodified opinion on the Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for FY26. Internal Auditor Appointment: The Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Internal Auditors of the Company for FY27. Subsidiaries: The consolidated financial results include the performance of the Holding Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Limited (UAE).
