Construction & Engineering company Vindhya Telelinks announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, revenue stood at Rs 1,005.02 crore, reflecting a YoY decline of 18.34% from Rs 1,230.65 crore in Q4FY25, but a QoQ increase of 41.46% compared to Rs 710.55 crore in Q3FY26. Annual revenue for FY26 was Rs 3,566.29 crore, down 12.03% YoY from Rs 4,053.83 crore in FY25. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,007.30 crore, down 18.26% YoY from Rs 1,232.24 crore in Q4FY25, while rising 41.60% QoQ from Rs 711.37 crore in Q3FY26. Annual total income for FY26 stood at Rs 3,585.33 crore, compared to Rs 4,072.04 crore in FY25. Profit for the Year (Net Profit): Q4FY26 net profit was Rs 19.85 crore, a YoY decline of 47.96% from Rs 38.15 crore in Q4FY25, but recovering from a net loss of Rs 19.66 crore in Q3FY26. Annual net profit for FY26 was Rs 52.79 crore, compared to Rs 115.48 crore in FY25. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, consolidated revenue was Rs 1,009.30 crore, down 18.02% YoY from Rs 1,231.22 crore in Q4FY25, but up 40.85% QoQ from Rs 716.56 crore in Q3FY26. Annual revenue for FY26 reached Rs 3,593.21 crore, a 11.38% YoY decrease from Rs 4,054.40 crore in FY25. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,011.75 crore, down 17.93% YoY against Rs 1,232.81 crore in Q4FY25, and up 40.91% QoQ from Rs 717.38 crore in Q3FY26. Annual total income for FY26 stood at Rs 3,612.42 crore, compared to Rs 4,072.98 crore in FY25. Profit for the Period (Net Profit): Consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 103.47 crore, down 5.89% YoY from Rs 109.94 crore in Q4FY25, but rebounding from a loss of Rs 1.04 crore in Q3FY26. Annual net profit for FY26 was Rs 220.18 crore, up 8.54% YoY from Rs 202.84 crore in FY25. Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 6.00/- per share (60%) on 1,18,50,863 Equity Shares of face value Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval at the 43rd Annual General Meeting. Capacity Expansion: The Company approved a plan to augment the production capacity of Speciality Optical Fibre Cables at its manufacturing facility in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. This expansion involves an additional capital investment of Rs 65.00 crore, raising the total outlay from Rs 36.70 crore to Rs 101.70 crore. The expansion is expected to be fully operational by the end of March 2027. Fund Raising: The Board approved the raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) or other debt securities on a private placement basis aggregating up to Rs 200 crore. Segment-wise Performance: Cables: Q4FY26 segment revenue was Rs 279.56 crore, up 40.87% QoQ. Segment profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 20.20 crore, up 75.33% QoQ. EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction): Q4FY26 segment revenue was Rs 735.28 crore, up 42.64% QoQ. Segment profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 45.09 crore, compared to a segment loss of Rs 0.67 crore in Q3FY26. Consolidation Clarification: The Company clarified that the audited consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, were prepared without considering the financial results of three wholly-owned subsidiaries (August Agents Ltd., Insilco Agents Ltd., and Laneseda Agents Ltd.). This is due to "delinquent and rogue ex-directors" having unauthorized possession of the books of account and records, which has led to legal proceedings in the City Civil Court at Calcutta. Y.S.
