Consequently, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital was reduced to 20,636,229 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Dividend Payout:</strong> A final dividend of Rs 6.30 per share for the year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26), was approved by shareholders on July 23, 2026, with an aggregate payout of Rs 130.01 million.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Equity Allotment:</strong> During the previous year, the company allotted 146,918 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each to eligible employees under employee stock option schemes.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Financial Reporting Note:</strong> The figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26), are the balancing figures between the audited figures for the full financial year FY26 and the published unaudited figures for the nine months ended December 31, 2025.</li></ul><p><strong>Hitesh Windlass, Managing Director, Windlas Biotech said:</strong> “The Indian Pharmaceutical Market (IPM) witnessed a volume growth of 3.4% in Q1FY27, reflecting a steady yet measured industry environment. Consistent with our focus on long-term shareholders value creation, in Q1FY27 the company also completed Rs 47 crore buyback in which promoters did not participate and declaration of FY26 dividend Rs 13 crore (Rs 6.30 per equity share).</p><p>Excluding the impact of ESOP expenses (Rs 7.2 Crore) which are non-cash in nature, our EBITDA grew 26% YoY to Rs 34 crore, PBT and PAT grew 27% and 37% YoY to Rs 30 crore and Rs 25 crore, respectively, reflecting our continued focus on improving operational leverage. If we take into account Non-cash ESOP expenditure (Rs 7.2 crore), the company reported EBITDA Rs 27 crore, PBT Rs 23 crore and PAT Rs 18 crore. For Q1FY27 Earnings Per Share (EPS) has improved to Rs 8.46.</p><p>Our Generic Formulations CDMO vertical delivered 29% YoY revenue growth to Rs 207 crore, driven by customer expansion, deeper customer engagement, and new product launches. The Trade Generics & Institutional vertical reported revenue of Rs 30 crore, following the discontinuation of codeine-based products. As we expand the portfolio with new launches and replacements, we expect to progressively bridge the gap. Our Exports vertical recorded 79% YoY growth to Rs 11 crore. We remain focused on long-term company level performance rather than quarterly and vertical-wise fluctuations and are confident in the underlying growth opportunity in all three verticals.</p><p>Looking ahead, our priorities remain focused on strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding our offerings, achieving operational excellence, accelerating portfolio development, and driving disciplined execution.
