Profit before Tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 60.78 crore, increasing by 6.18% QoQ from Rs 57.24 crore in Q3FY26 and 2.41% YoY compared to Rs 59.35 crore in Q4FY25. Annual Profit before Tax for FY26 was Rs 243.47 crore, representing a YoY decrease of 2.08% against Rs 248.64 crore in FY25. Net Profit for Q4FY26 reached Rs 45.37 crore, a growth of 7.36% QoQ from Rs 42.26 crore in Q3FY26, while it saw a YoY decline of 1.41% compared to Rs 46.02 crore in Q4FY25. Annual Net Profit for FY26 stood at Rs 180.00 crore, down 3.28% YoY from Rs 186.11 crore in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 47.15 crore, showing a QoQ growth of 11.68% and a YoY growth of 1.62%. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q4FY26 was Rs 8.87, compared to Rs 8.26 in Q3FY26 and Rs 9.00 in Q4FY25. The Basic EPS for the full year FY26 was Rs 35.20. Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 10/- per equity share of Rs 2/- each (500%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Segment Performance: The company operates under a single operating segment, which is "Specialty Chemicals." Subsidiaries: The company stated that it does not have any subsidiary, associates, or joint venture entities for the financial year ended March 31, 2026; hence, the results reported are standalone.
