Segment results (profit) was Rs 206.72 million in Q1FY27. This segment has been renamed from "Telecom and Industrials" effective 1 April 2026.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Security Services:</strong> Reported revenue of Rs 1,867.13 million in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 1,489.64 million in Q1FY26. Segment results (profit) was Rs 51.70 million in Q1FY27.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Foundit:</strong> Revenue stood at Rs 194.38 million in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 199.20 million in Q1FY26. The segment recorded a loss of Rs 146.94 million in Q1FY27.</li></ul></li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Completed Acquisition:</strong> During Q1FY27, Bluspring New Horizon One Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary) completed the acquisition of STEAG Energy Services (India) Private Limited ("SESI") on 20 May 2026 for a consideration of Rs 1,803.03 million. The acquisition was funded via a term loan facility of Rs 1,750.00 million.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Proposed Acquisition:</strong> On 13 April 2026, Bluspring New Horizon Two Private Limited entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 100% stake in LSG Sky Chefs (India) Private Limited ("LSG India") for an enterprise value of Rs 1,290.00 million.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">ESOP Trust:</strong> The Company set up a trust "Bluspring ESOP Trust" on 28 April 2026 to administer the Bluspring Enterprises Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Segment Allocation:</strong> The Company has refined the "management approach" as defined in Ind AS 108 - Operating Segments, where the Chief Operating Decision Maker evaluates Group performance and allocates resources based on various performance indicators by business segments.</li></ul><p><strong>Kamal Pal Hoda, Executive Director & CEO, said:</strong> “The previous financial year as a listed company was a year of reset and renewal with considerable bandwidth being spent on building a strong foundation.
