Segment results (profit before tax, depreciation, and interest) stood at Rs 1,603.91 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Segment B (Other Segments):</strong> Comprising Trading of Granules and Solar Power generation, this segment contributed Rs 10.85 lakh to revenue in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 49.46 lakh in Q4FY26.</li></ul></li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Expansion Update:</strong> The Company commenced commercial production of expanded manufacturing capacity at its Techtex Unit on 22nd July, 2026. Construction for the new factory of Comsyn International Private Limited and the expansion of the SEZ unit is currently in progress.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Land Acquisition Matter:</strong> The Company's subsidiary, Comsyn India Private Limited, is currently contesting a notification for the acquisition of its leasehold land by the Central Government for NHAI development projects. The Hon'ble Court has issued an interim relief order stating the Company shall not be disposed from the land.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Warrants Conversion:</strong> Out of 20,00,000 convertible warrants allotted to promoters in March 2025 at Rs 72 each, the Company has converted 3,87,000 warrants into equity shares to date.
