About Delta Corp
The largest gaming corporation in India, Delta Corp Limited was founded in 1983 & has substantial holdings in Goa & Daman hospitality industries. As of June 2016, the group was running three offshore live gaming casinos in Goa: "Deltin Royale" (950 gaming positions), "Deltin JAQK" (500 gaming positions), & "Deltin Caravela" (130 gaming positions). These casinos offer a number of international games, such as Baccarat, Roulette, Black Jack, & Poker, in addition to offering their patrons entertainment & a wide selection of food & drinks. The business also runs three hotels in Goa: 27-room boutique hotel "Deltin Palms" near Panaji, Goa; 106-room "Deltin Suites" at Nerul in North Goa; & opulent riverfront country home "Villa Marina" for intimate gatherings. Additionally, the business runs an on-site casino at Deltin Suites with 74 gaming positions. The casino opened for business in FY2016.
DCL is 85.22% owner of Daman Hospitality Private Limited, which started running Daman's 176-room luxury hotel, "The Deltin," in March 2014. In FY2014, the company concluded its real estate investment in Kenya, which it had operated through a 40-60 joint venture with a fully-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited. Currently, DCL owns roughly 35.6% share in Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Limited, company that runs "The Ramada Caravela Beach Resort" at Varca Beach, Goa, as well as "Goa Nugget" on-site casino. Additionally, DCL controls about two acres of land in Panaji through Marvel Resorts Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary. The plot of land in Sri Lanka is owned by DCL.
