To confirm the appointment of Mrs. Payal Ankur Bankda (DIN: 09483787), Director who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers herself for re-appointment at ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3. To take note of Compliances made by the Company under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. 4. To approve the Notice for 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company. 5. To consider and to fix day, date, time and venue and calendar of events in connection with the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company. 6.
