Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we would like to inform the exchanges that as per the Scrutinizer''s Report, the members of Everest Industries Limited ("the Company") at the 93rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on Monday, August 3, 2026 have approved the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No: 012754N/N500016), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a first term of five consecutive years to hold office from the conclusion of the 93rd AGM of the Company till the conclusion of the 98th AGM of the Company. The requisite details in terms of the Listing Regulations and aforesaid circular are attached in "Annexure A."

The details as required under Listing Regulations read with aforesaid SEBI Master Circular is enclosed herewith as an "Annexure-A."
