For the full year FY26, the consolidated net profit was Rs 28,142 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Profit Before Tax (PBT):</strong> PBT for the quarter stood at Rs 17,470 lakh, compared to Rs 14,035 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 15,978 lakh in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">प्रति शेयर आय (EPS):</strong> Q4FY26 में ₹6.35 और Q1FY26 में ₹7.45 की तुलना में Q1FY27 के लिए बेसिक और डाइल्यूटेड EPS ₹8.14 था. For the full year FY26, standalone revenue was Rs 2,12,633 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Net Profit:</strong> Net profit for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 13,202 lakh, reflecting a growth of 23.30% from Rs 10,707 lakh in Q4FY26 and an 8.04% increase from Rs 12,220 lakh in Q1FY26. The full year FY26 standalone net profit was Rs 28,592 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Profit Before Tax (PBT):</strong> Standalone PBT for the quarter was Rs 17,427 lakh, compared to Rs 14,296 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 16,089 lakh in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">प्रति शेयर आय (EPS):</strong> Q1FY27 के लिए स्टैंडअलोन बेसिक और डाइल्यूटेड EPS, Q4FY26 में ₹ 6.58 और Q1FY26 में ₹ 7.51 की तुलना में ₹ 8.11 था.</li></ul><p _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">बिज़नेस हाइलाइट्स:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Strategic Investment:</strong> The Board granted in-principle approval for an investment for a minimum 26% equity stake in Netra Green Energy Private Limited (a subsidiary of Sunsure Energy Private Limited). This investment is intended for power procurement under the Group Captive Solar Project for the company's API manufacturing plant at Roha, for an amount not exceeding Rs 45 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Exceptional Items:</strong> The company noted that in the previous year (FY26), an incremental employee benefit obligation of Rs 2,079 lakh was recognized as an exceptional item due to a regulatory change in Labour Codes.
