The standalone profit for FY26 was Rs 898.35 million.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Comprehensive Income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 312.35 million, compared to Rs 243.54 million in Q1FY26 and Rs 218.76 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Earnings Per Share (EPS) (Basic & Diluted) for Q1FY27 was Rs 6.72, an increase from Rs 6.24 in Q1FY26 and Rs 5.39 in Q4FY26.</li></ul><p _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong>कंसोलिडेटेड फाइनेंशियल हाइलाइट्स:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Revenue from Operations for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 3,859.95 million, reflecting a YoY growth of 2.39% from Rs 3,769.97 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 4.09% from Rs 4,024.65 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Other Income was Rs 82.59 million in Q1FY27, as against Rs 25.61 million in Q1FY26 and Rs 87.94 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Income for the quarter reached Rs 3,942.54 million, up 3.87% YoY from Rs 3,795.58 million and down 4.13% QoQ from Rs 4,112.59 million. For the full year FY26, consolidated total income was Rs 15,308.70 million.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Profit Before Tax for Q1FY27 was Rs 353.61 million, a YoY increase of 18.31% from Rs 298.89 million and a QoQ increase of 30.39% from Rs 271.19 million.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Net Profit for the Period in Q1FY27 stood at Rs 263.94 million, representing a YoY growth of 16.93% from Rs 225.72 million and a QoQ growth of 34.40% from Rs 196.39 million. The consolidated profit for FY26 was Rs 947.11 million.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Comprehensive Income for the quarter was Rs 263.24 million, compared to Rs 225.72 million in Q1FY26 and Rs 206.25 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Earnings Per Share (EPS) (Basic & Diluted) for Q1FY27 was Rs 5.67, compared to Rs 6.02 in Q1FY26 and Rs 5.09 in Q4FY26.</li></ul><p _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong>बिज़नेस हाइलाइट्स:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Segment Performance:</strong> The Group is primarily engaged in one business segment, namely the agrochemical business. As per management, "the company is primarily engaged in one business segment, namely the agrochemical business, as determined by the chief operating decision maker, in accordance with Ind-AS 108 'Operating Segments'. Therefore, there is only one reportable segment, namely agrochemical."</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Subsidiary Acquisition:</strong> During Q1FY27, the Company acquired 31,50,000 equity shares (representing 21% of the equity share capital) of GSP Intermediates Private Limited ("GIPL") for a purchase consideration of Rs 31.50 million on June 11, 2026. Pursuant to this, GIPL became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">IPO Proceeds Utilization:</strong> The Company confirmed there was no deviation in the utilization of IPO proceeds. Total proceeds of Rs 1,130.53 million (net of expenses) were fully utilized as of June 30, 2026, for repayment/pre-payment of outstanding borrowings (Rs 595.58 million) and general corporate purposes (Rs 534.95 million).</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Monitoring Agency Report:</strong> CRISIL Ratings Limited, acting as the Monitoring Agency, confirmed that proceeds raised through the fresh issue of Rs 2,400.00 million (Gross) were utilized towards debt reduction and general corporate purpose as per the prospectus.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Dividend Record Date:</strong> The Board has fixed Friday, September 11, 2026, as the Record Date for determining shareholders entitled to receive dividend.</li></ul><p><strong>Bhavesh Shah, Chairman & Managing Director, GSP Crop Science, said:</strong> “in Q1FY27, the Revenue from Operations was stable mainly due healthy growth across our domestic B2C and B2B businesses despite a volatile operating environment. The international business was relatively muted, primarily due to limited availability of certain raw materials. During the quarter, the industry witnessed volatility in raw material prices along with supply constraints.</p><p>However, our longstanding industry experience, market leadership and strong supplier relationships enabled us to effectively navigate these challenges.</p><p>Gross profit margin improved during the quarter, supported by a favourable shift in product mix.</p><p>During the quarter, we further strengthened our manufacturing capabilities with the commissioning of the ETP & MEEA plant at GSP Intermediates and capitalisation of the warehouse at Saykha GIDC.
