The Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved the Report of Board of Directors for the financial year ended as on March 31, 2026 under section 134 of the Companies Act, 2013. 2. The Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved the Notice of 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Company. 3. The Board has approved the day, date, time and calendar of events and Notice of 43rd Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on 31st August, 2026 at 12:00 noon, through Video Conferencing ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') * other details as per attachment*
