Agricultural Products company Kaveri Seed Company announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: The Company reported Revenue from Operations of Rs 8,220.95 lakh for Q4FY26, representing a YoY increase of 6.83% from Rs 7,695.45 lakh in Q4FY25 and a QoQ decrease of 54.24% from Rs 17,964.51 lakh in Q3FY26. Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 8,804.79 lakh, compared to Rs 9,031.96 lakh in Q4FY25 and Rs 18,746.05 lakh in Q3FY26. The Company recorded a Net Loss of Rs 2,564.61 lakh in Q4FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 2,925.11 lakh in Q4FY25 and a profit of Rs 745.54 lakh in Q3FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter was a loss of Rs 2,458.75 lakh, compared to a loss of Rs 2,574.00 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For FY26, standalone Revenue from Operations reached Rs 1,30,376.89 lakh, a growth of 16.24% YoY compared to Rs 1,12,156.69 lakh in FY25. Annual Standalone Net Profit for FY26 was Rs 28,326.17 lakh, witnessing an increase of 6.81% YoY from Rs 26,520.71 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 stood at Rs 55.07, compared to Rs 51.56 in FY25. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Consolidated Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 10,711.47 lakh, up 18.68% YoY from Rs 9,025.20 lakh in Q4FY25, and down 49.04% QoQ from Rs 21,021.33 lakh in Q3FY26. Consolidated Total Income for the quarter was Rs 11,293.65 lakh, compared to Rs 10,295.01 lakh in Q4FY25 and Rs 21,790.63 lakh in Q3FY26. Consolidated Net Loss for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 2,781.30 lakh, compared to a loss of Rs 2,285.72 lakh in Q4FY25 and a profit of Rs 1,268.47 lakh in Q3FY26. Consolidated Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter was a loss of Rs 2,695.40 lakh, against a loss of Rs 1,960.77 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, Consolidated Revenue from Operations was Rs 1,39,476.26 lakh, an increase of 15.75% YoY compared to Rs 1,20,497.04 lakh in FY25. Annual Consolidated Net Profit for FY26 was Rs 29,583.34 lakh, representing a growth of 4.80% YoY from Rs 28,228.12 lakh in FY25. The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 15/- (300%) per equity share of face value Rs 5/- each for FY26. Consolidated EPS for FY26 reached Rs 56.94, compared to Rs 55.10 in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The Company is primarily engaged in the business of sale of seeds, which constitutes its only reportable segment under Ind AS 108. Share Buyback: The Board approved a proposal to buyback up to 8,68,100 fully paid-up equity shares (representing 7.14% of the total paid-up equity share capital) at a maximum price of Rs 900/- per share, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 7,812.90 lakh. Labour Code Impact: The Company recognized a provision of Rs 93.18 lakh towards gratuity and leave liabilities as an exceptional item for FY26, following the notification of the New Labour Codes. An excess provision of Rs 24.94 lakh initially recognized in Q3FY26 was reversed in Q4FY26. Subsidiary Performance: As of March 31, 2026, one subsidiary company reported a negative net worth of Rs 490.64 lakh, with current liabilities exceeding current assets by Rs 524.72 lakh, indicating a material uncertainty regarding its ability to continue as a going concern.
