The target entity operates a 46 MW wind power project in Karnataka, and the acquisition is for captive consumption of electricity.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c119449379=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c119449379="">Scheme of Amalgamation:</strong> A scheme of amalgamation is in progress for the merger of the company into Ambuja Cements Limited (Transferee Company).
