To approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report by the Auditors for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 as per Regulation 33 of the SEB (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2. To approve the Report of the Board of Directors for the FY 2025-26, along with all its annexures. 3. To fix, day, date, time and mode of the 78th Annual General Meeting for the FY 2025-26 and approve the draft Notice thereof. 4. To appoint a Scrutinizer for the e- voting process for the purposes of the 78th AGM. 5. To fix the Book Closure and e-voting schedule for the ensuing AGM of the Company.
