Mr. Sunirmal Talukdar (DIN: 00920608), Independent Director of the Company has ceased to be a Director of the Company and member of the Committee(s), as applicable, effective from July 21, 2026 consequent to completion of his second term as an Independent Director of the Company on July 20, 2026.
