Ms. Karishma Jain has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation and that she has no outstanding dues or obligations towards the Company. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable services rendered by Ms. Karishma Jain during her tenure as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The Company is in the process of identifying and appointing a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer in accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
