Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR Regulations"), read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today at 04:30 PM i.e., 25th July, 2026, has confirmed and accepted the resignation of Ms. Karishma Jain (Membership No. ACS 46124) from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company due to personal reasons, and the same shall be effective from the close of business hours on 28th July, 2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Ms. Karishma Jain (Membership No. ACS 46124), CS& Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company, has tendered her resignation vide letter dated 18th July, 2026, with effect from the close of business hours on 28th July, 2026, due to personal reasons. Ms. Karishma Jain has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation and that she has no outstanding dues or obligations towards the Company. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable services rendered by Ms. Karishma Jain during her tenure as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The Company is in the process of identifying and appointing a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer in accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
