The proposed date of payment of Final Dividend to the Shareholders is 28th August 2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed voting results (remote e-voting and e-voting at the Annual General Meeting) and Scrutinizer's Report on the resolutions passed by the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held on Friday, 31st day of July, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
