Dear Sir, Please be informed that the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Court has vide order dated 06.06.2024 admitted the application filed by Punjab National Bank against the company under Section 7 of the Insolvancy and Bankcruptcy Code, 2016. By the said order, Mr. Anurag Goel, having registration no. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00876/2017-2018/11460, has been appointed as Interim Resolutional Professional (IRP) under the provisions of IBC. Copy of the order dated 06.06.2024 has been attached herewith.
